Dynamic Tower The Dynamic Tower, also known as the Da Vinci Tower, is a proposed 80-story, 420-meter (1,378 ft) skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. What sets this tower apart from others is its ability to rotate each floor individually, giving the building a constantly changing shape. Each floor will be able to rotate a full 360 degrees in both directions, allowing residents to have different views at different times of the day. The tower is designed to be self-sufficient, with wind turbines located between each floor to generate electricity. The Dynamic Tower is still in the planning stages
